DE VISKOK VAN HET JAAR

Vorige maandag organiseerde het Vlaams Centrum voor Agro- en Visserijmarketing de ‘viskok van het jaar’. De verkiezing ging door in in de Expo in Gent. De vijf finalisten kregen de opdracht 1 streekgerecht te maken, en zo lekker en origineel als het kan, met schartong. De Vis van het Jaar. De vis is minder gekend in ons land en de structuur van de vis is minder vast en dat zorgde bij de finalisten toch wel voor extra stress
