Nieuwe recreatieve rustpunt in Adinkerke

In Adinkerke zal het nieuwe recreatieve rustpunt op de hoek van de Burgweg en de Noordhoekstraat‘Zwynswege’ heten.
Via het burgerparticipatieplatform Wijsneuzen ging het lokaal bestuur vorige maand op zoek naar een geschikte naam.
‘Zwijnswege’ verwijst naar de naam Zwijnewegel, zoals de 2 aanpalende straten in de volksmond genoemd worden.
Momenteel vormen medewerkers van de Technische Diensten de verloederde site om tot een recreatief rustpunt met buurtfunctie.
