Stekkerzonnepanelen

Vanaf 17 april is het voor alle Belgen toegelaten stekkerzonnepanelen en plug-and-play thuisbatterijen te gebruiken. Per huishouden geldt (in principe) een maximumcapaciteit van 800 watt voor de panelen én/of de batterij samen.
Zijn dergelijke zonnepanelen zichtbaar zijn vanaf de openbare weg, dan heb je in De Panne, net als bij gewone zonnepanelen, altijd een omgevingsvergunning nodig. Enkel voor panelen die niet zichtbaar zijn vanaf de openbare weg, moet je geen vergunning aanvragen
