Willy Decrock, ereburger van De Panne

Willy Decrock, ereburger van De Panne is onlangs op 83- jarige leeftijd onverwacht overleden. Liefst 63 jaar was hij het gezicht van het grenscafé ‘Au retour de la chasse’ in Adinkerke, vlakbij de Franse grens. Zeven jaar terug moest hij afscheid nemen van zijn vrouw Maria Delanghe, maar dat weerhield hem er niet van om hun levenswerk verder te zetten.

Het café ‘Au retour de la chasse’ dateert al van 1885.

Dochter Rita, ondertussen ook al 62, zal vermoedelijk café verder openhouden.
